For someone playing -.4 years? Like 100'.
But in all seriousness, and this is coming from someone that is 16, how young you are is not really an excuse anymore unless you are like <13. It's all about EXPERIENCE. Just keep working hard and you'll get there at the same pace the adults do, and watch out for the adults that throw tantrums when you do .If you want an example though, I can (consistently) throw about 300' backhand and 300 forehand

I played with a younger kid in my last tournament, and he was a great player, his driving distance maxed out at around 300, but he could putt like a machine, kid was money inside of 40'. It's easier to practice putting (it doesn't take nearly as much room) and will improve your game way more than a longer drive. Focus on putting and let the d come later.

There's no right answer.
I coached kids' baseball for decades. On a team of 10-12 year olds, there would always be a vast range of abilities. The top pitchers could throw harder than most adult coaches. The weakest couldn't make a throw from third base to first. I once knew a 12-year-old who could throw about 350'. He was a good athlete but not a super athlete; his advantage was he started playing at age 8 or 9 and played a lot.

get a discraft ultrastar (or some sort of 175g ultimate disc) and learn how to throw it. that will teach you a LOT about how to control a disc. thank me later.

As far as he/she can, or the same distance as the basket. Which ever is more appropriate for that throw. You're welcome.
