Yes, it would be too few if that were actually the case.

(that from 12/29/12)
And, for us popcorn eaters, can anyone share some info here? I know it was only said that info "may be posted", but it is anything known publicly about the potential club reorganization that was "all over" facebook ,etc, etc.? |

So did everyone kiss and make up? Or are we still left to figure out which websites and Facebook pages are official, or unauthorized, or whatever. The PDGA website doesn't offer any help that I can see, as they don't seem to have a (working) link to anything related to 2013 Pro Worlds. http://www.pdga.com/worlds comes up with 'page not found".

Why is another club poping up trying to run the PDGA Worlds? To prevent this from happening in the future the PDGA should make a rule requiring that you have to be an affiliate club to run the world championships if there isn't already a rule.

There isn't another club running Worlds. The Red Roc Disc Golf club ran 2010 Pro Worlds and will be running 2013 Pro Worlds along with Lake County and the PDGA as partners. There will be five courses with four at Lemon Lake plus an enhanced layout at Hidden Lake not played by Open. The Red, Blue and part of White courses will be rerouted into two temporary hybrid courses to be played starting this spring tentatively called New Blue and New Red. New Blue will be about 3 shots tougher than either current Red or Blue and New Red will play halfway between current Red and White difficulty. Open will play only three courses at Worlds: Gold, New Blue and the Super White temp layout still being developed but playable sometime later this spring.
