I thought the same.

It is a hole on the lakefront that I remember well. I took the safe route around the tree and took a 3. I am not one to attack that shot.

If the tee is 10' up and tree is truly 40' high (max), what's to keep righties from throwing big 'ol hyzers up over it (or, say, maybe a rhoh Epic thumber)?

Throwing a high hyzer like that is easy to get a gust of wind or a little too much hyzer and end up in the water.

Reminds me of #11 at Buckhorn except backwards, if you go for the pin you're out over the water for 95% of the flight and wind can be crazy out there. Last year at the tourney people were flipping Firebirds and Xcals in to the lake.

THere is such a hole at vibram. Only difference is that there are 300+ trees on the right side...

The hole you posted is easy. There is ONE tree in the way. If you want to play it safe, you can go all the way over the grass, around the tree. Nobody is forcing you to go directly at it.

I bet even if I got lucky enough to get over the water and land safely, I'd miss the up (because lets face it, i was already counting blessings to clear the drink, so it wouldn't be in my circle) and manage to miss the putt and then MAYBE get a 4.
