Yay, google maps imagery updated for Selah. Lots and lots of tee pads visible on both courses. Bing Maps has had them for a while, but the Google ones look newer now.

Bing does have some 45-degree birds-eye (which Google doesn't), but they're from years ago -- before the new lake was even made.

Creekside is listed as Mostly Flat and Lightly Wooded.
Lakeside is listed as Moderately Hilly and Heavily Wooded.

Huh?

Is that right?

I would consider both to be moderately hilly and lightly/moderately wooded.

Mashnut, I don't understand how these courses are flat. Lakeside in particular. Forget the big drop on the #1 green. #2 has at least 10' rise to the pin, and the elevation on #3 is even greater. The valley on #5 is substantial, and is the valley on #14, the drop off the tee on #15, and most of all the rise on #16, where the pin is at least 20' above the tee, according to Google Earth. It ain't mountainous, but surely it's not flat, right?
