My Facebook cover photo is in this thread somewhere, I posted it in early November. My profile pic here and on Facebook is a pic from me driving hole 9 Lakeside.

Yay, google maps imagery updated for Selah. Lots and lots of tee pads visible on both courses. Bing Maps has had them for a while, but the Google ones look newer now.
Bing does have some 45-degree birds-eye (which Google doesn't), but they're from years ago -- before the new lake was even made. Google: http://goo.gl/maps/qy8Ie |

Help me out, those that have played at Selah.
Creekside is listed as Mostly Flat and Lightly Wooded. Lakeside is listed as Moderately Hilly and Heavily Wooded. Huh? Is that right? If not, please update the listing. See here for fun comparisons: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums...ad.php?t=81274 |

I'd consider both to be pretty damn flat.

Creekside is flat and lightly wooded, Lakeside is flat and moderately wooded in my book.

I'd call them both moderately wooded.

Mashnut, I don't understand how these courses are flat. Lakeside in particular. Forget the big drop on the #1 green. #2 has at least 10' rise to the pin, and the elevation on #3 is even greater. The valley on #5 is substantial, and is the valley on #14, the drop off the tee on #15, and most of all the rise on #16, where the pin is at least 20' above the tee, according to Google Earth. It ain't mountainous, but surely it's not flat, right?
