When I was doing fieldwork yesterday I had some 440-480 or so throws with the Shocks, based on pacing it out and eyeballing it. When I let loose with them about 25-30' high and a pinch of hyzer they came out of my hand surprisingly fast for a speed 9. I've got a throw or two recorded that I'll upload when my bluetooth adapter decides to cooperate.

Oh yeah, the shock comes out really fast when you crank it. I don't think it's faster but I do believe the shape plus the gyro pushes it out of the hand faster. The shock definitely has about 20 more feet on it then the Volt when you get a big rip

The Volt flies for him, how my Amp flies for me. That's why it's my most used driver.

I said it a while back, but the Amp is for the noodle arm, what the Volt is to the power thrower. This video shows just that.

I already have many overstable discs...so the Shock will wait. For now...

Love my Amp as it compliments my noodle arm wonderfully. Also passing on the Shock right now as I dont think I will be able to make it work like it is intended to. Love the Amp/Volt pairing I have now and will roll with those two for the time being. Maybe down the road I can snag a Shock, but no rush at the moment.

ZJ your Amp results mimic my own flight shape wise.

I was intrigued by the Volt's Valk like flights. The Shock reminded me of several discs put together. It looked like the best of an Eagle-X and an X-Avenger in one disc/flight.

All of the above is solely based on the video of ZJ throwing in a field. I have only thrown the Amp. I have not even touched a Volt. Shock is here tomorrow. Anyone want to trade me a Volt?

So the shock is more avenger like huh? Damn it I may have to try one now... I've been obsessed with Overstable putters and mids lately, but the Saint and Lace aren't quite stable enough for my liking for drivers, and the firebird is too overstable for standard driving (at least with my arm). Would you say the Shock is noticeably more stable than those?

The Shock has more low speed fade than the Saint

Closest Lat64 disc would be a straight Striker. The ones that can flip/turn and still fade back. The Shock, when I figured it out, also holds smooth controlled hyzers. You see a lot of those in the video. I do flip the Shock into a flat turn(the soccer net one)

The Volt and Amp have both been amazing for me. I'm hoping with my 320' of power, the Shock will act somewhat overstable for me. My Volt doesn't really turn any, so maybe it will work out pretty well.

I'm more interested in the HSS than the low. Will the Shock turn at the same rate as the Saint or less?
