Group effort with feedback from probably 15-20 experienced players and disc educators until we got what seemed like the proper skill sets for each patch progression. Although the skills and distances were a little more challenging when I did the first exhibition, we had to tame it down for teaching 2 thru 12th grade beginners. I think the short forehand roller was Harold's favorite throw. He likes to teach players to throw from their knee rather than standing so you get better alignment for what many times is an escape shot. The disc hits the ground where you want it a little faster.
