Thanks, any support we can get is a positive and will keep prices down for everyone. We are right down the street from NC so you should see we hope to see a few of the new bags floating around there soon.

I pre-ordered my navy/black contender yesterday! I can't wait to get the bag next month because I have been waiting over a year to buy a backpack style bag that meets my needs (ok... wants). With all of the space, super-high quality materials, weatherproofing, LIFETIME WARRANTY, and a product made in the USA, there isn't another bag I would be happier purchasing.
I really appreciate you taking the time to answer everybody's questions here kilgus, refreshing to see such great customer service, and really helped finalize my decision to buy a contender. Hopefully a few people don't ruin a good, usually friendly, forum here at DGCR for you. I know I prefer to buy any product that takes the good parts of similar products, improves/modifies them, and ultimately creates "the best" product. Imagine if auto designers never borrowed/modified ideas or parts from previous models or other places, we would still be cruising around with steam engines and paying top dollar for them, because they were "first". Not to mention, competition in a marketplace between suppliers will usually cause price decreases for consumers; leading to better products at better prices. Win/Win. I will be recommending physical flight, and the contender to my friends, or anyone who asks, and I'm all ready counting down the days until I see that box at my door in March! |

Tree love thanks for the words of encouragement. Hopefully some people will take notice and know that we are serious players in the bag market.

Can't wait to order mine later this week. I have some questions for curiosity sake. Appologies if they had been answered before.
- How large are the bottle holders? I currently use 32oz naglene bottles in my current bag and they are a slightly tight fit, but worked themselves in after a few rounds. Was just curious if there was some similar break in period. - With the straps, I'm assuming they are made of the same quality as everything else I've seen, I currently use quad shocks, are the straps of similar quality/durability? One of the oddest things I saw recently was a guy that rigged a set of quad shocks onto his grip bag because he didn't like the grip ones. - Question my wife had....is the bag easy to clean? She's flipped out in the past because of stains and what not on my bags (highly OCD) and when I was looking at the bag it's something she mentioned. Also is the bag easily cleaned in general? Like for instance some sort of rain funk got into it and it needed a complete cleaning. When I first started to play I had an innova bag that still has a unknown smell due to a rainstorm round. Thanks again for being apart of this community, and making bags for players that want quality and comfort. I know of several people around me looking for bags and I'm hoping I can push them towards this bag, its what they are looking for without falling into the grip trap a huge chunk of people have here. Nothing against Grip at all, but most here only bought them because other top players did, not because they did their research.

To answer the above questions the bag will hold 32 ounce nalgenes.
Secondly the straps are made of ballistic nylon too making them just as durable as the bag itself. Finally with the ballistic nylon cleaning is really easy. Usually just a quick wipe down with water will do the job. Ballistic has a "harder" feel than 1000d which makes dirt and mud easy to wipe off IMO. Thanks for the support and bags are continuing to go fast and we will prob be sold out by the beginning of March at this rate Chris

So I've had a few questions about the material we use in put bags and why it is better than other companies?
First we use a coated 1680d Ballstic nylon in all out bags. Why? -It's virtually water proof, does not absorb moisture and does not fray or rip unless stabbed. All of our webbing is 1 and 1/2 inch polypropylene webbing that is is not your basic cotton/woven webbing that can become mildewed and absorb moisture. Therefore you don't have to worry about having to make sure it is completely dry afte a heavy round in the rain. All of our binding (which is where the seams are stitched together and then covered) is also the same material as our webbing. Finally we our straps are also made of ballistic and poly binding making them pretty invincible also. Thanks guys
