The problem might be your website, it makes it look like the Challenger is the Contender. The Contender looks a good bag, but the Challenger looks kinda cheap. You might want to put the Contender on the main page, or you should at least add the Challenger to your bags page. Just a thought.

I wonder how voodoo will make there bag NOT look like a grip knock off like the rest

I really like that some bag makers on here can stay above the noise and have a thick skin when criticism of their products or timeframes is levied. Others need to take a cue from them.

Actually, the other response (or more like a reaction) is pretty revealing as to the potential future dealings with a vendor if there is an issue or problem with your purchase. Do they put customer ahead or take a defensive posture?

Remember, you are always representing your service/product/club in any public engagement (forums, social media, etc.).

Id be fine with a Grip knockoff, just improve on it. DG being such a niche market means copycats. Voodoo bags look nothing like a competition or deluxe bag? They are just better. I'll be patiently waiting, my Grip will have to do for now.

Personally, I would NEVER go flame people in a forum because they didn't like my product, or because people liked my competitor's product better. It's small-time and childish.

I really think the companies are trying hard not to make Grip knock-offs, but you also have to keep in mind that a Grip knock off is anything that looks like a back pack. Grip "stole" the standard back pack design.

The only bags that don't look like Grip knock-offs don't look like back packs. For example, the Simian.
