Lots of options, but no one has thrown out the Zephyr so I'll play Devil's Advocate. I see it most used by older players or players who come from the Ultimate world. It's huge, slow and can actually work lines. My dad uses one and has great success with it. It does require quite a bit of "touch" but if you're used to Frisbees, it can work wonders for you.
