I've hit more metal with my SFDs than any other discs. I just picked up a flat 175g CFD. This thing is stiff! Can't wait to try it out. Sounds like I'll have to grab a few more, but in 170g-172g range.

I hope they made thousands during the run of the stiff pearly plastic with the bubbles in the rim. They just feel amazing and I'm not sure I would want a C-FD to feel any other way. I already have 5 stockpiled, adding about 1 a month.

i believe they did. i can say everyone at marshall st sat had bubbles.

also in terms of the sfd, i cant say any at marshall st had more or less pronounced dome. i picked up a 170 yellow that had a brother there. if you dont like it ill buy it from you. perhaps the best i can tell you unless you can give me some measure to go by. i feel they are not as domey as a 167 i had but i no longer have it to reference.

took me minute , then i started laughing. luckily though she still lives, just in the hand of noodle arm, cuz his 172g might as well have been a FB.

side note, ive never seen a hologramish silver foil, that my new one has. is that new?

Did I read some where that some new S-FDs were hitting shelves that weren't as domey as the initial run? Can anyone confirm or deny?

Interested to here if this is true....if so, I guess I will be stocking up on domey S-FDs.

I will gladly trade you any and all domey S-FDs for flat ones. Someone please find me a 167-170g S-FD that is on the flatter side. Not C-FD pancake flat, but no pop top. I don't want to go back to Leopards.

As good as the FD may be, reading this makes my Leopard heart cry a little. Why would someone be sad to go back to the Leopard... It's like a first love!

On a side note, what will Simon Lizotte's signature disc be? Someone told me already but I forgot, was it the c-fd?
