Heading to Irving Texas

I will be heading to Irving to do some work at Nissan from the 17th to the 24th. I will either have Saturday and Sunday off or just Sunday so I want to get a full day of disc golf in. Let me know what courses I need to hit up and who wants to join me.

If you have an afternoon off, Frits park is in irving and is a 9hole that is pretty fun.

Harry Myers, Turner Park, Audubon will be the most mentioned. All of which are awesome, but I would put Gateway in between Harry Myers, and Turner Park.

Veteran's Park (18 holes) in Arlington is good, also good elevation changes etc.
It's easy to get to from Irving.

There is also a DG shop close by to the park if you need anything.

There are tons. Use the search feature on here to find some. Harry Myers in Rockwall is a Houck design so it's definitely worth a round. Turner Park in Grand Prairie is a great course too. You could also spend a full day at Lester Lorch Park in Cedar Hill. Two beautiful courses on a nature preserve.

I know that just trying to get a bunch you people like. It is better to see what the locals like better then what the ratings say.

The courses at Lester Lorch are great fun, you could probably hit both of those AND the church right down the road in a day if you play quickly

You'd be wore out but happy

The ratings are fairly accurate for the DFW area (in comparison to each other anyway).

Cedar Hill's Lester Lorch will give you the most bang for your buck. two courses on site and not to far from from where you are, but far enough outside of the center of the metroplex to not be very crowded. The Crossroads of life Church has a great course close to it but I think it is closed Sundays.
