The thing that has always worried me about jumping to a backpack style, is the frame of the bag is one size. It would seem unlikely that a bag that fits comfortably for female player (let's say Sarah H.) and then fit equally as well for a male who is 6'5".

Most all traditional backpack manufacturers that make technical backpacking gear, have multiple frame sizes so that weight is distributed where it should be. If my wife and I walk into REI, there is no way we walk out with the same backpack.
Assuming it comes in before I leave (and we get to catch a round together), you'll get a chance to see one in person in May...

So, did anyone watching the College Champs stream on discgolfplanet hear Crazy John say John Chamness (sp?) won the Roc3? I believe he's the owner of Big Hyzer Bag. Not only did his bags look great on the UAH team's back, but he got a new piece of plastic out of it too!

Seeing the UAH bags, I would've loved to have been able to customize colors. Scarlet and Gray for my Buckeyes would've been great!

I agree, custom colors would be badass. But it just makes wait times too long. Look at the original run Flaks - the customs looked sweet but took forever.

Jeez, you dumped the Spike already? You cycle through putters faster than I cycle through DIY bags.

Hahaha right? I've been on the VP for about a month, though, so there's that.

I'm happy that I got to change my colors, but I don't have any complaints with their offerings (they all look pretty damn slick!). I have some paracord and plan on making my own pulls anyway so I'm not worried about it.

Nikko's wearing his red/black ergo around 5:26.

I really like the looks of it! Glad I made the color change.

That does look good. Kevin Rarick had his black/grey today at the Tuscaloosa classic. I'm happy with my color choice as well

It looks like the straps are huge compared to the Grip.
