I would hope that, due to the delay, he would at least be willing to split the cost of overnight shipping.

I just want to make sure I can either get it in time, change the shipping address, or put a stop on my mail service so I don't lose it.

Just wanted to pop in with an update to say that John's customer service has impressed me once again. I no longer have any worries about getting my bag in time.

Awesome news! If I'm understanding that correctly, all pre-ordered bags will be shipping next week!

Sucks I'll be out of town Monday through Wednesday...

Also in response to someone's Facebook question, John listed the bag's dimensions as 12" wide by 21" inches tall by 9" deep. That thing is definitely not wide, at all. Nice, slim profile. Anyone have a Grip laying around they can measure for comparison? No way it is only a foot wide, right?

I used a buddy's Grip at a tourney this past weekend. 12" is maybe just the disc storage area, then you've got the side pockets on either side too.

Nikko's/Will's/Sarah's Ergos were all noticeably slimmer than all the Grips in attendance.

Oh no doubt. I used to have a Grip, but I sold it to get the Ergo. Just curious if someone out there could compare right now to kill some time.
