Philo Braithwaite clinic at Charlotte's SCAL tomorrow. . .

We are please to announce Philo Braithwaite, Innova Team Member and 1029-rated Pro, will be at Sugaw Creek Am League tomorrow night for a clinic on DG fundamentals. We'll start league registration early, around 4:45, and let Philo have about 30 minutes for demonstrations and Q&A with our players before we get the round started.

Philo, a touring pro for seven years, recently took 2nd place at the Masters Cup in Santa Cruz, and is in the Top 20 in both world ranking and rating. Philo will also be bringing some hot new plastic for prizes, but his tips may be the most valuable thing you go home with tomorrow night.

Thanks to Innova East for making this possible.

-Jim

If I wasn't working tomorrow night, I would make the drive up! Philo's one of my favorite players.

I'd love to get some tips from Philo. I tried to change my putting style after watching his Putting seminar he explained it so nicely. His in the bag is fascinating too. Basically only throws 4 Discs, Aviar, Roc, Teebird and Destroyer. With various amounts of stability on each. I guess that simplifies things except you still have to choose whether to throw Roc number 2 or Roc number 3 for the right turn

This guy is as cool as a fan blade, i got to play a round with him at fountain hills, he has a effortless throw and deadly putt. He gave me sum tips and i didnt even ask, real good guy from the little time i played with him. Out of all the pros, i would most like to have his throw, its sooo smooth. With that type of throw u will die of old age before u have to give up disc golf

I saw Philo out at Renny today, it surprised me to see him but I just figured he stopped there because of its close proximity to Innova East...cool to see him putting on a clinic

please, for the love of god, record at least the Driving portion. There's a good video of the putting portion already.. Do both, but if you have to choose one, choose driving!
