Happened a buddy of mine while he was out playing with his friend. They came up to a hole that he has never played before and he had no idea how to attack it. He asked his friend "what am I going to do here?" and he replied "I'll tell you exactly what you're going to do. You're going to take your Orc, you're going to throw it, and you're going to ace this hole". Well, he threw his Orc and aced... That disc is still hanging on his wall, signed "Ace. Because [name] said so".

My buddy got on the box for hole 3 and called his own ace, but backed off before he threw because it was my box (he didn't want the bad hoodoo). I then proceeded to ace it.

I've had times where I threw a bad shot and my buddy says "Why didn't you throw your ________ ?" so I grab the disc mentioned and on my second throw hit the chains or even stick the cubby. If only he would have said something before I threw...

The best way to do this is to point out to the new people where to not throw the disc, E.g. into the tree 3 feet in front of and to the right of the tee box. still don't live that down
