I would like to hear from somebody who has gotten their hands on a Dyemax Gold Line Pure, are they comparable to the Optos, more or less stability?

I've had one of the gl for about 9 months and it started off a little less stable than my opto (got them within 2 weeks of each other). I also feel like the gl has more glide than the opto. Now after using it constantly for the last 9 months its a great hyzer flip/turnover driving putter.

Thanks a bunch. I guess it's time to cough up twenty five bucks for a disc, ouch.

got one on the way but looking for more. Felt these from a buddy of mine and while I love my classic judges and have for a while i can't seem to keep a consistent release due to the grip. putted a few times with my opto and it putted very well, but since zero hard is similar to classic, guess I gotta track down some old oop stuff. Any leads are greatly appreciated! oh and monocacy I pmed you

There is little to no difference between it and my first production run flat opto pures. Honestly the plastic feels exactly like opto, not gold line. I'm tempted to propose that lat just added some solid coloring agent to the opto plastic and stamped them gold line. But then i'd be labelled a conspiracy theorist.

Save some cash and buy opto.

i started throwing the opto again instead of the PA4. rim feels better in my hand and i throw it better. i thought the PA4 felt better at first, but now i realize it doesn't.

wonder why i have this obsession about throwing the same disc across plastics. zero soft pure and opto are back in the back after a couple dismal weeks of putter driving. sure enough, start throwing the opto and my putter drives are back on point.

my zero nearly won me 150$ yesterday until it hit the bottom of the basket and rolled all the way down the hill, giving me a 5 when i could have had a 2 to hit a gauntlet run for cash in our league.

so dumb.

i got home before dark today
so i went out on my course and threw my pink 175 opto pure just now

i like it a lot better than my evo wizards, that i bought for driving putters
i can get a lot better/cleaner release

like most putters i have thrown, it likes a little height to go farther
but its nice and slow, so its kinda deceiving how far its going

after a few throws i was parking my #6 hole, which is about 198' straight out, through a kind of tight alley (see pic)

Really feeling this disc as I get back into things, and I've been basically playing my local course with Leo/Pure/Rhyno with Leos handling all drives and long fairways, Rhynos handling all shorter approaches and putting, and Pure handling anything <200 feet. Have always been impressed by the Opto Pure - throws perfectly straight and can make it tail right or left as neeed in last quarter of flight. And it sits where it hits. Love it.
