Driving Form Critique

I have been using a roc for the majority of my drives and have been hovering around 150'

Since this video was recorded I have loosened up my wrist and tried to be a little lighter on my feet and have seen a little improvement. I tried driving with a wraith and got to about 210'

Any tidbits of information will be greatly appreciated.

If any more info is needed just let me know thanks

You need to work on your reach back and pull. Get some help from the pros with these two vids:

Will Schusterick

you are spinning around your right foot a lot. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CSHqnYNijw this video explains how u should shift your hips and turn your body. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30cUNsWOYSI this video will also help some with this. but another observation is that once u get the disc to the middle of your chest you don't have the disc in a position where you can bend your elbow to get your arm to "snap" the disc and accelerate it. maybe raise your swing height a little and bend at the elbow to see what I mean by elbow bend watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfjiaZ9DvXQ they all bend the elbow to create much more snap than if their arms were straight. hope that helped some

You're not reaching your shoulder back in the reach back. You're just swaying your arm back.
Watch Schusterick's video.

Also you don't have a lot of motion in your hips. Power comes from the hips so work on that.

Watch this video as David Feldberg demonstrates how to work on incorporating your hips in your form.
