I had 2 Aces in one round @ the Singing Hills Lodge in Plainfield, N.H. on 9-4-2013. This course is an object course and these 2 holes we're 34' and 50 ' respectively. An Ace is an Ace in my books even though I got a couple cheap ones here. I still had to execute the shot------------+

Parmalee park, Hole #12

Straight ahead and slightly right. I thumbed a Banshee through the straight "gap", glanced off a tree and fell gently into the back of the basket. There were a couple more trees in the fairway at the time, the small hyzer lane on the right hadn't opened up yet.

My shortest is 188.

It was during a tournament, we had a 30 foot circle around it for an island hole. The front of the circle had a 1-2 foot fence so you couldn't lay up, and if you ran it too hard you'd fly out the back of the circle. If you missed it was a re-tee until you hit the island, there were MANY people who shot 6+ on that hole, and sponsored Pro took took a 10+ one round.. It was my card's last hole of the day and I threw about a 45 degree spike hyzer with my putter. That Ace got me a 3rd of the Ace Pot, and put me 1 stroke ahead of two other people to get solo 3rd place instead of a 3 way tie for 3rd.

150 ft. Isle of Palms Rec #9. Dead straight par 3 with no obstacles. Target is a fairly wide tree trunk. A few of the holes on that course are actually ok...others are ace-race city.

Wow, REALLY old photo (at least several years), as 1) that hole had its sign stolen, 2) new signs have since been put up, and 3) we wheeled it to actually be 104 feet (as had been reported in either this or other such (short holes in dg) threads).

Karl
Ps: But a cool hole to ace nonetheless
