Maybe if everyone stopped returning their used footwear, wed have a lil more buying power!
Discers, as a whole, are cheap and ill informed. "oh, your shoe tore after 6 months of grinding it on cement"

Imo, beer and outdoors gear are our two biggest potential sponsorships.
Sadly, the pdga is heading towards a sqeaky clean image that doesnt match its core, so i dont see alcohol in the near future (though budweiser & bells have tossed decent sponsorships- founders is sponsoring a belle isle event on nov 6th).
If i was merrel/keen/kushe/n face etc, the last people id want wearing my gear are discers b/c they belive theyre intitled to return everything even if its normal wear and tear.

Right This Minute showed some clips today, from a video made by some disc golfers on Mount Bachelor.
Nice footage, dudes were sportin' backpack DG bags, girls were cute.

I caught a new show "About a Boy" over the weekend. The main character has a basket set up in his backyard. It hasn't shown anyone playing yet but perhaps the basket will at least make cameos in most episodes.

My wife and I were watching that. She cared far less than I did when the basket popped up.

Pretty good show based off the one episode they've aired. Look forward to seeing more.

We have a College channel that shows disc golf every night from 11-12a. I try to watch every episode. Awesome!

I saw this too while hanging out with some disc golfer friends. I immediately yelled out "Disc golf basket! Right there!" We all cheered. I especially liked that the disc golfer guy wasn't the vegan hippie.
