Disc Golf Event Booklets/Caddy Books

The fellow that has created our event booklet (Des Moines Challenge) used some awesome software (he had at work, I don't have access to it) to create our booklets in the past and has moved away.

I'm in charge of creating a new booklet for this year's event. Does anybody have any suggestions on software that you have used for creating dynamic tournament booklets? Or even better, do you have a template you would be willing to share that works with MS Office 2010?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the one I used for my event. Took a screenshot from googlemaps, copied it to publisher where I added lines, converted it to pdf. I'm sure there is a better way but it works for me.

Thanks guys. You would think with all the resources the PDGA provides, there would be a nice caddy book template that they could create that would make creation of these player resources easier to produce. I like what you did with the google map hole shots Castillo. I'd love to do that too, but with a 4 course event, that's going to take some serious effort.

We used iDraw and an iPad for US Masters last year.

The key to things like that are simple.

Accuracy and lots of information is more important than it looking good.

Not a single player came to us after the event and said "man, those iDraw caddy books looked like something a 10 year old did (because they kinda did)" but lots of people said "those caddy books really helped because they have distances from certain points."

I make mine in Publisher using legal size paper and print them front and back. If you want the template I used, shoot me an e-mail at discsideofheaven@gmail.com and I will send you a copy of it. Then you would just put your information in place of mine.
