I go through Gotta Go Gotta Throw for larger orders because they are from the same area as me & I like to support local disc golf. If it's just one disc over $12 I go through Disc golf center. Gotta Go's free scorecards & mini's are cool too.

Disc Outfitters will ship all orders for $5. PM Cooker on here. They are working on a new site with live inventory and trying to get into selling more on the web. I try to support local business when I can. I also order from Prime $3 shipping and GGGT $6 shipping. Biscoe also sells a lot of stuff and is quite reasonable.

I believe Prime has recently removed the $3 flat fee shipping. I'm unsure of what it is now.

For one disc, I would prefer to pay less than $3, but I will go as high as $3.50. For 5-6 discs I would expect them to ship in a flat rate box, so no more than $10. If they did not offer a flat rate shipping box, then I just wouldn't buy from them.

....

On the flip side...

everyone complains abous $5 shipping....

but how much gas do you spend driving to your local disc outlet?

for me, i look at shipping as a function of necessity..... is the luxury of getting the disc i want worth the shipping (or extra shipping)? try considering it as a convenience tax, laziness tax, or "they have what i want and no one else does" tax.
$5 really.... you spend more on lunch....

I agree.

Unless I want to fondle some plastic or be playing at the course, paying $5 for shipping is worth it not to drive 1+hour round trip to the local outlet.

I like to know exactly what I am getting when I buy a disc so I buy locally. But I have ordered other things online to save gas and driving time but paid a little more for shipping.

Nice to know. I thought I saw on another forum (NEFA maybe) that he had removed it (or made it for orders over $50 or something).
