IDGC Visit.
Ideally here is my plan:
1 Week off of work. Travel 2 days, Stay 3 days, Travel 2 days. Leave my house after getting ready from the night of work and get to my first must play course within a few hours and find a spot to stay (Dayton Cincy area). Get up at the buttcrack of dawn and play a few courses in that area until early afternoon (1-3pm) and head down south some more. Viewing the map I definitely want to take 95 as my shortest route, but taking 75 gets me to so many more places than 95. and I have some friends along 75. So, getting down I-75 all the way down to IDGC in Appling GA, what are some courses I should make a point of playing? My plan for the IDGC is to play one course each day and play it a few times. I might on the last day play all three before heading back home. If anyone has any suggestions, please post here or send me a PM. I want to play some gems.

The Hippodrome Many nice courses in the Augusta area. I'll be there all week on a camping trip in Oct., 11-17th. When are you there?

My fiance's brother is at Fort Gordon right now so I'm hoping to get down there and check out the IDGC and surrounding courses soon. I understand there are lots of good ones, but let us know what you think when you get back.

Had a blast this past week! Played Pendleton King, Riverview, The Hippodrome, Pine Valley Hogback, all the IDGC courses, and Patriots. Watched Sara Stanhope and Courtney McCoy play 9 holes at the Magnolia Open.
