It wasn't sold to me as an x-out. However, it does look like an x. It's weird though, the one line is like a very superficial scratch that has a perceptible texture. The other line is very faint and can't be felt. I got it from a seller with good feedback on ebay. If it is indeed an x-out that was a pretty ****ty move on their part.

I see it as well. However, I have seen numerous CE Eagles that left the factory with dips in the rim and not tagged as x-outs.

GLong:

trust me they do this all the time on eBay. I got two Eagles that should have been x-outs/blems and they were sold like they were perfect discs.

I was the ebay seller on the fbird. I am also the original owner having purchased it from circle r ranch in wimberly. For those that don't know. Circle R is owned by John Houck who is also the owner of millenium disc golf co. He used to be the main distributor of discs through most of central US. %100 positive that was at no time marked as an xout. The scrape on the flight plate was from throwing as it was listed on ebay. I quit throwing ce because I don't like worrying about losing a disc and having to pay so much to get replacements. It had been sitting in the closet for a while and I really didn't even think about the dimple in the flight rim when I listed it. It never effected it's performance when I was throwing it.

Glong, if you weren't happy with it you should have let me know. I do have over 2000 positive feedback on ebay so yes I make sure people are happy. If it's a big deal you can end the current auction and I'll refund your orig purchase price from ebay but you've gotta eat the shipping cost to get it back to me(I've already paid shipping on it one way and ebay fees).

It's a really nice disc. The actual color is brighter than pics and it is well seasoned. The ace on it was a lead off ace for hole one at mary moore searight park in Austin.

my bid stands at $30... I don't have an issue with the disc being an x-out.

The dimple didn't bother me really. It throws just fine, no noticeable effect on performance as you said. I noticed the 'X' on top but assumed it was just a coincidental scratch. Based on your feedback and my lack of experience with this plastic I did not second guess your description of the disc. I was fine with the transaction at the time so I didn't say anything. I'm only selling it now to raise a little cash. I appreciate your offer for a refund but I don't feel like it's necessary. I will lose a couple bucks on the deal. So it goes. Thanks for the input Dtruck.
