Aren't Rules scenerios fun, here's another and I'll add a poll

The player who tossed does not get to take his throw, but the partner plays on	32	35.96%
Both partners throw but a pentalty stroke is added	0	0%
A warning is given to the team and both players throw	54	60.67%
100% depends if the other partner caught the disc.	3	3.37%

i got stroked for tossing my disc back to my bag in a tourney and since then will just drop it a few feet behind me or to my side.
