That pretty much sums it up. I will just say one thing that has helped me is not starting my pull until I am on my lead plant foot. That also helps with disc slips instead of rips as well.

I did this to but it is important to note that this is more of changing your trajectory to get nose down and does not help so much on getting nose down on higher lines; which you will want some day. Just keep it in mind when you start working on what Bro D says because when you truly start getting the nose down, you will start to get worm burners a lot. I only tell you because it is something I have been working on lately, and like all habits, its tough to break.

Wow, yes nose down really helps a lot as I found out today. (I'm glad that I looked at this thread earlier = ) ha)

I think it continues the angle or plane the body had been going in from pullback to release.

the 'handshake position' as mentioned by BroD really makes a big difference.

look at your hand in that position. draw a line from where your 'life line' comes across the bottom of your palm to the grip point on your index finger. that's pretty much where you want to disc to sit. it feels very weird at first, i know, but keep at it.

Touch the pad of your pinkie to your thumb. The crease you make in your hand by doing this is where you want the disc to be.

Thats the advise I got in the beginning at least.

Can't remember where I saw it, but there's a video where the Discraft pros go through their grip advice.

One guy suggests moving your thumb to achieve nose angles. For nose down, you move your thumb closer to the edge of the wing. For nose up, (air bounces, hyzers, etc.) move your thumb more to the center of the disc.
