Porcupine is open during winter on the honor system and is definitely worth playing. In my experience, Pleasant hill is way better than Bennett in the winter provided you dress appropriately. The high winds that come off of the marsh make P.hill really old, but those same winds also tend to blow most of the snow off the fairways so there's much lower chances of losing a disc. With any kind of snow, Bennett becomes a disc eater (and sometimes without snow when the grass is long!).

I played up in Brunswick Maine in the winter when I was there back in 2006ish. I don't know if the courses I played are still there, or are any good though.
