No, I'm under the impression that it's a different but similar course. I think the Spine is Burton's course.

The Spine is Burton's course; and he did not necessarily strike me as a lawyer; but ya never know... Now, I am intrigued, if this is one I've not heard of...

Bertrand is super fun.

Another very short but exceedingly fun course is Wabash City Park in Wabash, IN.

Not a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, but a good time.
