I think to judge your distance, accuracy, etc... you should try throwing more in a field instead of judging it on the course. You will see how far you can throw these discs and how accurate they are. If you cannot get a buzzz or any other type of it beyond 200 with some accuracy, you are most likely doing something wrong and it wont matter what disc you throw.

If no other reliable gauge of distance exists in the field you try out distance in, estimate a casual stride as three feet. Throw, count your steps to your disc. Multiply by three.

I'll have to 2nd this.

The Stalker is my new "Go to" Driver.I love this disc.I think everyone should have one in their bag.

@OP

I've never thrown a Buzz SS,but I do throw a Elite X Buzzz.

I feel the Buzzz is more of a Low Ceiling Midrange.It works very well in wooded conditions when you need to stay tight and low.

You said you may want to try a Roc?You can go with a DX or a KC Pro Roc(I'm not a big fan of the Star San Marino Roc). I think the Dx and KC Pro will compliment the Elite X Buzzz if you get one.The Roc(for me) has more glide and is more of a out of the woods midrange because of the distance you can get with one.

I'm more of a Finesse Driver and these two disc work wonders in my bag.

Dangeruss how accurate should I be throwing at 200ft??

Grungedude, I'll try that on one of my flatter holes without trees.

Haha and the stalker comment. I'll try a leopard first because the guy who posted that gave reasons why xD.

And imma try out my buzz today When I play. I'm excited to find out!

I have purchased a leopard because I couldn't find a teebird or river without driving 35minutes one way. I'll try this out, also picked up a valk. All else fails I'll just hold onto them for my buddies who don't have discs.

Very few people actually have a 3' stride...closer to 2.5' for most, even us taller folks, especially on a surface that isn't smooth and level. Safer to estimate a little less in the field, or else risk feeling bad when you get an accurate drive measurement someday and your distance shrinks by 50'-75'. lol

You can pick up a cheapie 50m fiberglass reel at Harbor Freight for less than $10. I laid out my practice field with one. At least I know I'm telling the truth now.

Oooo that could work! I could get two and put them 10m apart then try to throw in-between them.
