You should do ring of fire and/or ctb(booze). We do these types of games to keep the players entertained and out of the TD's hair while he figures out the payouts.

We have a bag of donated lightly used disc, t shirts, hats, coozies and any other donations and we do ring of fire from the 10 meter circle. We have everyone throw, then those that made it get to go again and so on so on till you have a winner. Winner get choice from the donations. And then do it all over again. It's easy to eat up 30 mins or so it takes the TD to get things in order. We make it interesting by doing thing like straddle putts, turbo putts, eyes closed putts, off handed putts, pass your putter to the left and if someone threw your putter in you get to move on to the next round, hammer putts, Women only, Ams only, and any other little tweak to make it fun and interesting.

CTB can be a nice club fund raiser and time eater while your waiting for all the groups to come in. We would go buy some booze, 6 packs of beers, small bottles of liquor, and some non alcoholic prizes tee shirts discs ect. Place them out in a area about 100-200 ft out spread them out and let players shoot for prizes by being the closest to whatever is out in the field. We charge like 1 shot for $3, 2 for $5, and 5 for $10. Get players to throw off and spend their $$. If you promote it good it's not hard to collect more than what you spent. We usually have about 10 prizes or so out in the field. Sometimes we have mystery prizes in brown bags like nice bottle of Makers Mark or other higher Grey Goose ect.

Other time eater/ fund raising games we've done. Accuracy contest with a laser range finder for a traveller basket. We had players pay $5 a shot and had to name a distance over 200 ft and then throw a shot that stays in a defined fairway and try to get to be the closest to your named distance. This let's players of all skill compete and not just a big guns distance contest. I won a traveller for $5 by being 1 ft off my 225 ft call.

Vibram supported all the nefa tournament this year by donating a disc, shirt, water bottle to each event and we had a CTP throwoff with only vibram discs at every event. We would collect vibram discs from player for all to use and every player got 1 shot for free and as many more that they wanted @ $1 each.

Sorry for the triple post LOL

my league party did a putting challenge, where you had to side arm, throw off hand, and had circles wherever you landed you got points for.
