I always return discs if I can but I (probably) will never accept a reward for doing the right thing

I used to offer a free dye to anyone that returned one of my discs. I don't do it any more, I just don't have the time. However around here you have about a 50% chance of getting your disc back. The locals who play regularly always return plastic.

In my own experience just a genuine thank you. Which is fine by me. If I want signed discs I can easily obtain them. I'll just stalk the DD shop and wait for them to come around at GBO time. They're just normal people who hate losing discs like the rest of us. I didn't do anything special. I just returned a piece of lost property. I hope one day more people will understand this.
