True, and not necessarily a bad thing. And David Foster Wallace predicted it all blow by blow in like 1990 in Infinite Jest.

Can you imagine ala carte disc golf tournaments on say, Google play store or Apple store in their respective movie/tv sections? Film them with spin tv quality and put them up for 10 bucks per tourney. I'm talking high production value with interviews and in the bags and what not. I would rather pay for that then watch for free on YouTube if it means a lot more tourneys being filmed.

Imagine Red Bull throwing 500k towards a disc golf series with 3-4 events across the world...could be huge and would be pretty low risk. Imagine seeing Paul McBeth on a TV commercial, if only for just for a second or two out of 30. To me it seems like a perfect fit and it could really elevate the professional level of the sport and also grow the sport.

thoughts?
I've been talking to RedBull for 2 years, they currently have zero interest
in Disc Golf.

Maybe If we only hit up Odwalla and Nature Valley..... Those guys have all that health food money. Oh wait, Nature Valley is not anti Monsanto...... Re thinking....
Remember what happened with Keen and all those shoes that fell apart? We could do better. Doc Martens? Naah, made in China.
This is hard!
Suppose I should take up professional hop scotch for a real living! Maybe someone would pay me to backpack.
Or just keep wrenching on cars and enjoying an entertaining hobby.
Why is this a thing?

This is the company disc golf needs to get in bed with. How many GoPro cameras have you seen used by people on the course, or of people posting vids of themselves playing on the net? I know at least 4 or 5 locals that have them.
