The feel of the plastic on the outer ring reminds my of the rubber water seel along the bottom of a car window. The black part if you know what I am talking about. The flight plate, someone before made what might be a good reference of it feeling like the ouside of a garden hose.

As far as grip, outside of plastic; the inner rim kind of reminds me of a blowfly in that it is rounded insted of a hard intersection underneath where the plate meets the rim. ) instead of > if that makes sense. Thats the part I loved first as I really like the feel when power gripping it.

How about the depth? Is it deep like a Wizard or more shallow?

I want to say more shallow but that might be because of that smooth transition from the rim to the flight plate.

Cool. Thanks for the info. You just cost me some $$$. Guess I should cave a try one. But I think I'll wait for the mediums.

It's very similar to a VooDoo except the inner rim is a more sloped, concave feeling. You really have to curl those fingers under there and slant them to get it comfy into the meat of your palm.
Best tie collection eva!

How do the softs and mediums compare, stiffness wise? Are they like S, SS, or SSS?

Thanks
Sounds like a great putter

Height-wise its a little lower profile, but it feels much shallower in the hand.

I've got 2 Ions on the way. I will run them into some trees this weekend. I hope they are 1/2 as good as advertised.
