How bad is playing in the snow?
I'm up in NH - I was getting the itch to start playing - the snow we got two weeks ago was just about gone because of a "warm stretch"
-but we're getting 5-9inches today and it's getting cold and there are negative windchill values in the forecast - so wanted to know how easy is it to lose discs in the snow. I'm guessing very easy to lose in fresh powder, but if the snow melts and refreezes to make a crust - will they still find ways to bury themselves? I'm just hoping the mountains are getting this snow so i can ski instead of trying to amuse myself at home contemplating some frozen DG and losing a bunch of discs. |
