A few weeks ago I walked up on a red-tailed hawk that was beak-deep in the middle of his breakfast, tearing apart a rodent while sitting on top of the 8th basket of McClure Park in Tulsa.

Left my phone in my truck so no pictures, but I have seen a lot of snakes lately at my home course "The Castle". Found a snake skin on 12 yesterday and then found a two foot green snake 3 feet from disc my friends disc on 17. Moved him away gently with a stick. Then on the next hole after my drive on 18 there was a Big A** king snake in the fairway. He left on his own.

Found another snake skin and saw a copperhead on the front 9, a month or so ago both at The Castle and a Black Racer Snake at Arrowhead Park in the same week. Snake season in the South. Have to watch my step constantly.

Yesterday I saw a bird that was too wet to fly. It just stood there and stared at me.

Harry Meyers is a really nice multi use park in a nicer suburb. Someone probably thought that it was a good place for an outdoor wedding, and in all actuality it probably is. Just weird seeing a bridal party within throwing distance of number two's basket.

I have ran into several weddings/wedding photos being taken. At Zebulon they were taking pictures on a bridge that takes you over to 1's basket and pretty sure they were getting the basket in the background.

Saw a beautiful Luna moth at Watson Lakes. Thought it was dead, went to pick it up and it flew up into a Juniper. Magnificent creature.
