Buzzz and Stalker in the bag?

In the interest of minimizing disc overlap, is it worthwhile to have both a Buzzz and a Stalker in the bag? Currently I have two Z Buzzzes (one beat one new) as well as a Stalker.

I find myself throwing the Stalker off most tees and Buzzzes for shots too far to chuck my Magic afterwards. The Stalker goes a good 50' farther than my Buzzzes, but I'm able to control the Buzzzes a bit better.

Would it be better to swap the Buzzzes for a Meteor/Wasp combo? Or is distance enough of a difference for both to have a place in my bag?

I like the stalker/buzzz combo. I think it helps to have multiple discs of different ranges that you can control the same way. I know that on any hole I'd like to throw a buzzz but either don't have the confidence for the distance, or have a low ceiling I pull out the stalker. It's nice to know I don't have to tweak my throw much when the only difference between some holes is the distance

They're not the same disc IMO. My 167g Stalker has a little more fade than my 175 CryZtal Buzzz and the 177 Z Buzzz I had. It also doesn't hold a line as long.

So yes, I carry both. Two of my go-to discs.

I completly agree with this. The stalker has similiar control, more fade, and more distance

They overlapped too much for me. However, unlike the OP, I did not have a big distance gap between the two, nowhere near 50'...More like 15'.

With 50' difference it's tough to say there is overlap.

I carry an ESP buzz, Z glo buzz and a Z glo stalker.

This is where I was at...there just wasn't a distance difference to make it useful to carry both.

I get a super far and straight throw my 175 Z Stalker. It does fade a bit at the end, but predictably and it will even hold a right turn if you need it. Just ordered a ESP Buzzz and looking forward to it. Nice to have some reliable discs in the bag.
