Hole of the Day: 6/3/2010

Hole 15, Moccasin Bend DGC in Morton MS: 416' or 283' in the alternate pin position.

From the Tee

From the "safe landing zone" on the fairway, facing the short pin and down to approximately the long pin location.

I'm probably throwing an Avenger SS on a big wide anny line hoping to cut the corner a bit short and make it through to land me near the short pin. If I have to go any further to the long pin I'm tossing either a BuZzz or an Ion/wizard depending on my line.

Either one I am starting with a Leopard on a hyzer releas straight ahead. Should flip up and ride right gradually around the corner. From there it is an Ion putt for the short and probably an Ion throw for the long tee to get in range for a putt.

One tee, two pins...

Probably my beat DX Eagle for both, landing near the short pin. From there to the long is a Voodoo or maybe a Roc if I need alot of hyzer/fade.

I've got a beat 11X teebird that would work great for this hole. I'd aim just to the right of the telepone pole in the middle of the fairway and have the teebird start gently turning right and land right past that tree with the green marker. From there it's easy pickin's with the Challenger.

Fun looking hole.
Both: Tracker. I am looking to land in pretty much the same spot(near pin A) for either hole. Probably a Rhyno on the approach for the longer pin.
