This has not been my experience. My Firms are just as stable as my Mediums and in some cases (my Summits) more stable. I like throwing the Firms compared to the Mediums because I like the firmness feeling for driving. Personal preference though.

Threw mine in my round this morning. It flies like a new Destroyer, but it "seems" easier to control (probably the grip). It's very fast. Surprisingly fast, yet plenty of glide. If anything, I had a little trouble remembering to keep it low. When thrown low and flat, about 275' dead straight (no turn) followed by a healthy fade with little skip. I was able to know exactly where it would go by the 5th throw. The best feature about it is the way it stops pretty quickly after hitting the ground. No big "run off" to the left without sacrificing distance.

It will be my new headwind driver. I like the way it feels in my hand a lot. I can't say enough good things about the grip.

I like it now, but I'll like it even more after hitting a few trees with it.

Is mine the only disc that doesn't have the ratings on the bottom of it? The words are there and the arrows, but there are no numbers.

I'm pretty sure that's how all their first runs are. My first Ascent was the same.
