I added a Trak to my Vibram stable! It's a 168 Medium and I've only gotten a few throws with it so far. I need to go out with all my new Vibrams and play a couple rounds to really get a few for them. Anyway, here's the new disc!

Also I didn't notice it until after throwing it a few times, but it seems to have an imperfection. At first I thought it must have come from me hitting something...tree, rock, etc. But after examining it I don't see any puncture wound...just looks like a bubble in rubber. Has anyone else received a disc like this?

You'll probably want a Medium Ridge. You could try a Soft but the Vibram soft is really really soft. The VP will be even more overstable but I would guess the Ridge is more compareable.

What was wrong with the first ones? Ha!

Not going to lie, I love mediums, not as much a fan of the firms.

I recently switched to Soles from ESP FLX Challengers and have been having pretty good success. I gave my Ridge a try today and it didn't feel quite right in my hand (I guess I prefer more of the traditional style of putter). Maybe get both a Sole and a Ridge and see which feels better in your hand.

I switched from ESP FLX Challengers since I loved having a putting putter in premium plastic, but didn't like how the FLX plastic tended to hit pole and deflect straight back out at me or how it didn't grip the chains as well as I would have liked. I have found that during warmer days, a Medium Sole works great and I pull out a Soft on those cold days. I have noticed fewer bounce outs and that I can still putt about the same as I could when I used the Challenger.

I hope this helps to answer your question!

So with MVP releasing yet another new disc, has anyone heard any rumors about what we can expect to see from Steven Dodge and Vibram Disc Golf as far as a next disc release?

Will we get our understable Lace? Or perhaps it will be a Mobex or Ubex? I'm curious if anyone has any new information that they may have heard over the last week or two.

Does your Trak have a dome at all or is it flat?

All the ones I felt were nowhere near as firm as the rest of the firms they produce.
