Disc Golf Marathon (24hr.)

Started 9 p.m. on last Monday with me and two buddies running a scramblethon. Aside from break and food, finished at 9 p.m. the following day. I can't imagine how tired we'd be if we all had to putt. For one of my buddies, it was his first time playing any of the courses.

Courses playes:
Whitehall-18 holes
Ludington Beauty-24 holes
Lud. Beast-24 holes
Lud. Goliath-24 holes
Lud. Leviathon-18 holes
Flip City-48 holes (2 rounds)

Anyone else out there go on disc golf voyages?

sad to say...played another 18 holes the following day at Oshtemo to work out the soreness

Try to play 1002 holes and then we will talk about a disc golf marathon!

Most fun wins...right?

How crazy do you have to be to do something like that to yourself?
Sounds like donavan lost... big time.

I am planning to do this same thing basically this Saturday. Starting the day early meeting Greg Layton at Oshtemo, then heading to Ludington courses & Flip. Will try to play Whitehall and/or Shore Acres time permitting (sunset is 9:30pm).

Doing this and taking out travel time, it is 4-5 minutes per hole which is certainly do-able playing solo (so I hope I do not lose too many discs in the schule!)

Lost? His feet maybe. Setting a record for holes played in a 24 hr span isn't "Loosing" in my book, but hey, to each their own. Just my stupid opinion.
