Comment on my bag
Finally have decided on a bag setup for now. LHBH 99% of shots.
Soft Ion 173 - Anhyzers that don't come back. Medium Ion 174 - Straight/hyzer drives. (Dyed) Ionstein (soft) 175 - Putts only. Medium Ion 174 - Backup/water shots so I don't lose a dyed disc. X Comet 170 - Anhyzers, straight shots (very small left turn) with no fade. ESP Comet 166 - A bit more stable than the X, straight shots. Z Comet 174 - Straight shots with fade at the end or hyzers. Z Comet 177 - A touch more stable than the other Z, for windier conditions. P-PD (firm) 170 - Anhyzers, low straight lazers with less fade. P-PD (floppy) 175 - Backup, ready for when other P-PD beats in. S-PD 175 - Straight drives with healthy fade, longer hyzers. S-PD (1st run) 172 - A touch more stable than other S-PD, for winds, bigger hyzers. Star Wraith 172 - Tailwind driver, when I need a good turn before fading. E* Wraith 171 - All purpose driver, tight S or straight drives with fade. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Max Distances: Putters: 280' Midrange: 320' Fwy Driver: 375' D Driver: 410' If it's exceptionally windy, I add a Glo Buzzz (177) and either a Opto Halo (169) or a domey Star Destroyer (167)

You certainly know what molds you like.
Have you noticed much flight difference due to weight with the Ions?

Took me a while, I bought way more discs than I thought I would this year, but really fell in love with some of the molds. Haven't noticed much of a difference from the weight of the Ions, I think each of them are from different runs, which is probably more a flight difference than the weight. Also, Bro D thought that maybe the dyes could have an effect on stability. My 2 mediums are the same weight and the dyed is noticeably more stable.
I wish I would have posted my bag from last year. (Star XCal, 175, hyzers 300' and less) I could carry more molds, but I really love throwing the Ion and the Comet. The different runs of Ions gave me a full spectrum of stability, and the Comets in different plastic give me enough unless it's super windy. I also love the PD, and I don't play long enough courses to mess with the Wraith, it's good enough.

I would get rid of all those comets and get on board with a true midrange like a Roc. It would probably drop 10 strokes off your game.

I don't have enough experience throwing dyed and non dyed to notice, so I guess it's just run variations.

Do you experience much wind or downhill where you play? Even with a Wraith I would have some problems with that many stable to understable discs.

I won't pretend I didn't try all of these discs because of the hype, but hey, they work for me.
