:D I took first place!

So I get out to the tournament this morning at Pymatuning State Park DGC and see more people there than I expected. I signed up to play the Red Tee Division (playing to my skill level). The course par is a 66 and I shot a 64 from the reds. Second/Third place was a tie for 66. I got a sweet trophy too.

We were just finishing up on the third hole and it started to drizzle for a minute and went away. All of a sudden it started down pouring. We ended up playing 5 holes in a down pour and I couldn't have done better aside from acing every hole. I took 4 birdies and 1 par in the rain. I ended up making a few bogies, but nothing that would affect my game too much.

For a new back nine getting put in and just opening to the public recently, and having never played that course before, I think it was a great day of golf.

1st, 2nd, 3rd for each division.
