haha, as for the water to rit ratio, i use one pack of dye per about every 32 oz of water. two packs of dye if i want it really dark

yeah, the marbling is hard to see in the pic, cause it's yellow on blue, but it's there. The devil face was a tattoo that my dad had, he just passed away so i'm working on some memorial discs, this one was the first one.

there's some weird lighting, cause the disc is really blue, not baby blue like the pic.

on that blue one, i did two different marbling dips because its so hard to see. in person, there's a lot of depth to the yellow

i already had the horns and teeth masked from doing the dye. so i just left it on there. i didn't mask the red though, and you can see little swirls of yellow in it and the background. i'm gonna make a "disc dyeing 101: the essentials" thread and just add all my techniques in there. but that won't be for a little while because i don't have any more discs i can dye...i think. i'll check and if there is one i can dye, i'll make a full length tutorial
