New lat 64 Striker convert!!!

Got my 168 GL striker, medium dome in the mail today and all i can say is wow!!! I usually have troubles with consistent release but for some reason this disc matches my grip and style perfect. I was throwing perfectly straight shots out to about 275 and then it would gently fade for another 25 feet. Hitting 300 feet never felt so easy and controlled. Consistent everytime. I was getting really accurate shots because it was so easy to predict the fade at the end and I didn't have to worry about left to right play mid flight. Out of the 25 times i threw it i maybe had 4 or so bad throws.

The GL plastic is money too!! i have a bunch of opto lat 64 discs but the GL feels way grippier.

Anyway, between the striker, the river, and a Z buzzz i may have just accidently relieved my Stalker of its place in my bag

Yep, I loved my Stalkers but was only getting them 10-15 feet further than my Z buzzz. The striker is going 20 or so feet further than the Stalker. I can throw it lower, more controlled, and its better into wind.

I can still get the river out the same distance as the Striker but im contributing this to the crazy amount of glide. Also the river needs more room cause it likes to turn right for a while before coming back right. Both awesome discs.

I feel your pain... I have wanted to try the GL plastic and a striker for a while so i just killed two birds with one stone. Now i need to buy another river and another striker to have a backup for tournaments. Usually by the time i buy backups though i find another disc i love.

The striker is everything i expected a teebird to be but wasn't. Its more than likely me throwing bad or something but for some reason the striker just feels right!

Well if you are anyone else wants to get rid of one or more let me know. I have a ton of plastic (or cash) i could trade...

I could use another one around 168 with medium dome or a heavier flatter one for windy days.

yeah anybody have the snowflake ones they want to trade for domey ones?

by snowflake i'm talking about the robot that was replaced so that the discs look smooth instead of having a 4inch snowflake pressed into them.

btw it is impossible to take a picture of it.

i have 20 all domes and parting lines matched into different stacks...basically dome is by quarters everything from a 1.75 dome to a 2.75 dome thats 7 quarters or 11. and the parting lines from A highest to D lowest.
