It's hard to tell in the overhead shot, but there's a fair bit of elevation on the course. There's actually not that big of an issue with the above mentioned tees. First off, #4 is at the very top of the hill, and tees off over the ridge right down to the bottom of the hill. 90% of the drives from 4 clear the ridge and don't affect 7 or 10. The only real concern is teeing off from 6 up the hill past the #7 tee. If there's people watching drives on 7 they can be in the way if they're standing behind watching. Easy enough to get their attention and drive though. Man, I miss this course.

wtf???
hole 9 plays longer than 300' plus it is uphill I have not seen anyone throw a mid on that hole last time I played it I fore handed an X crush and was 2 feet short for a drop in bird the pics are old and the tee sign info wrong Hole 7 plays downhill, OB right on the ridge, 218 yards plus or minus blah

I think Mark throws over 500 when he wants to and EJ is well over 400 I've used various discs, Firebird, Orion LS, Orion LF hell I've even used a Rogue I thought you used a PD on that hole doesn't matter any more though Calgary's best course is no longer accessible
