Holiday Tournaments in the Midwest

After searching here and a few others I have determined that these tournament search features suck (aka user error) and I can't find what I'm looking for.

I'm looking to get out of Michigan for the holidays and travel to a tournament in the midwest. Looking for something B-tier or better that will have a decent turn out. Anywhere from Ohio on down to Georgia, east or west the same distance on the weekend of the 18th, 25th, or the 1st of January. Warmer the better

Anybody know of any worthwhile tournaments in that area and that time period?

I would just use the PDGA tournament schedule. Tourneys on here are dependent on users adding them, so it's not always consistent.
