Going to The QCA again... any word on credit island?

I am heading to the quad cities later this month. Does any one know if there are any baskets up at the new credit island course? Also any course updates for the Camden courses, west lake, and the other gems in the area? I can't wait to get back.

I was up that way late October; everything looked good. Camden II had a lot of short pin positions, all the other ones seemed normal. I know nothing about the credit island business.

I have been following the credit island course on the iowa page. They have been tallking about having pins soon, but they dont update the status very often.

How did you like Camden II

Camden II is a tough wooded course with some awesome elevation. Most of the long pins make you really work for 3s and 4s, the shorts are significantly easier, so it depends on the set up when you go.

Well said. There are some really nasty areas thrown in with the rest of the elevation too.

The short pins are extremely fun; a lot are difficult but deucable. The longs were disgusting in some parts, big big difference between the two setups.

I played it last spring, but I dont know what set up it was in. I only got to play it once, so I am excited to get back and play it again.
