Night disc golf light setup

I'm playing in a night tournament tonight and came up with this idea to mount lights on my disc using velcro. The velcro allows easy removal to move the light from disc to disc.

I'd be interested in seeing other light setups that people have used.

I would guess not... and hopefully won't find out! ;-)

The velcro I'm using has a very high-quality adhesive and I cleaned everything with rubbing alcohol before applying the velcro. The velcro itself meshes together very tightly and it's even a bit difficult to separate IMO.

Most everybody just tapes lights to their discs.

thats a really good idea. lights have always turned me off because i use a minimum of 7 discs in an 18 hole round and never wanted to pay for 11 light setups.

putter, buzz and an eagle or a wraith are all you need at night....the eagle is awesome for line shaping

Yah for Glow-golf I def clean out my bag & usually only use 2 discs. I use my Star Firebird as my driver so I can BH, FH & overhead and I use a Rancho Roc for mids & putting!
I like the velcro idea so you could switch the light around to different discs quickly & easily. Nice!

Cost savings was my main motivator. As an added bonus, using three lights together can light up some Star-material discs to a decent level.

For those interested, the velcro I used was cut from large velcro rolls that are a little heavier duty.
