Not entirely sure I understand you but it's pretty hard to eyeball a plus rim. Put it upside down and stand directly over it and look down. If you can see the inside rim, it's a plus rim probably. The easiest thing to do is just stick a pen or chop stick along the inside rim and see what angle it makes. A right angle with the flight plate is a classic rim for lack of a better word, slanted away is a plus rim. Most Latitude 64 discs have a bit of a plus rim, Innova's plus rims are more noticeable and there's variation between all of them.

What I meant with the "tricky" part is I stacked the discs on top of one another, looked through the bottom disc and the rims lined up, swapped the discs, same thing. I was thinking maybe an optical illusion situation such as the two exact same size objects...lol

I'm positive it is a plus rim. It is also Champion plastic if I haven't mentioned that.

That method could be misleading. If you need to figure out if it's a pus rim, try the chop stick method compared to a rim that's straight up and down (non-plus). If you want to figure out if it's a Valk or Teebird+, you need to find a pic comparing the two molds wings or go to a store that has both and go from there.

I already know it is a plus rim. I mainly wanted to know if they even ran Champ Valks in plus rim. I have a Teebird+ on the way and my brother has a Valk, we will compare.

Oh I see. A search seems to suggest that they did. Check out post 11 in this thread for pictures: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums...ad.php?t=31207

Great thread, went through all 368 pages and learned a ton!!!!!! Started playing a month ago and thought I needed fast discs to get distance......Took all double digit speed discs out of play and am throwing better every round. Holed one from 250 out the other day and hit the basket just missing an ace the next day on a 248' hole both with a beat in DX Valk Thank you all for the great advice and I am sure I will have a ton of questions in the near future!!!!!!

I just got tagged in a post on facebook advertising for a tournament. How would the bigger names react if I tagged them?
