Eagle for both tees, which one would depend on the wind. A healthy tailwind would make me pull a beat DX out of the bag, a big headwind, I'd either go with newer Star, or new DX.

it was an article on course design where after a drive anyone on the second shot can make it with their eyes closed no difficulty

OLF from both tees, or maybe a Katana from the long tee.

Kind of a boring hole, but it will still take a pretty nice shot to give yourself a putt.
