Colorado Springs - Best Course?

I am taking a group of high school students to Colorado next week. Being from Southwest Florida, over half of them have never seen snow before and they are excited. We will be spending most of our time in Colorado Springs and I am hoping to get away for a round while there. Which of the Colorado Springs courses do you locals recommend if I can only play one of them. By the reviews the two main ones have pretty similar reviews. Just looking for some guidance.

Well, I visited my older deaf brother and hung out there once in a while. Nice town.

The only course that I had the chances to play is at Cottonwood Creek DGC because it was measly 2 miles away from my bro's house.

I did review on this course, check it out. The last time I was at the course was about 3 years ago, so, I don't know if there's any improvements like tee signs, etc...
